SystemCore promise to fix any bug or defect in our products free of charge, for the lifetime of the product.
We also provide support in the use of our hosted products and solutions throughout their lifetime with us. This support covers you for any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, and we will always try our best to get you out of difficulty. Often customers simply require some reminders in the use of their CMS systems.
For on-demand support outside of this, we provide a ‘time-boxed’ approach, based on a fixed time and a fixed fee wherever possible. We will never spring unexpected support fees on customers.
Support time can agreed on an hourly or daily rate. If business critical, we can work on your problem out of hours, overnight or over the weekend – this is where many other companies fail, and why we have many positive testimonials from business owners.
Whatever the nature of your support call, our team of technical experts will continue to work until you’re completely satisfied with our service.
We also provide very reasonable fixed cost on-site training sessions (most often staff training in the use of the WordPress content management system, but also MailChimp, Google Analytics and other applications).
